Every small business has a story, and we are proud of ours. Tim Reed & Sons Inc., was founded by Timothy Alfred Reed in 1981. The company is now owned and operated by his son, Timothy Joseph Reed. Tim began working for his dad when he was tall enough to see over the metal break machine. He knows the ins and outs of the business like the back of his hands.

When Timothy Alfred Reed passed away his son, Timothy Joseph took over the business. One of his first acts as owner was to transition the business from a Sole Proprietor to an Incorporated business.

Timothy Joseph Reed worked for and with his dad full time, and off and on for the majority of his life.

Business Founded
Timothy Alfred Reed started Tim Reed & Sons in 1981. Before starting the business Timothy A Reed would work often on the road away from his family. His goal for building his own business was to be home with his wife and children.
